Shipping Information

Nabz Saad delivers worldwide. We dispatch goods once the payment is received.

We use couriers such as Royal Mail and Parcelforce Worldwide to deliver to different destinations. The exact cost of shipping will be automatically calculated during checkout procedure, based on weight and the destination of the consignment. You will be provided the exact figure before finally submitting the order.

Standard Delivery

Selecting the Standard service ensures that you will receive the goods within 2-5 working days. The standard service costs is £3.95  for UK and a signature may be required on receipt. Free on orders over £50.

If for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 25 working days from the date you have received your dispatch email to contact us, at which point we will be able to resolve your issue for you. Please email: info@nabzsaad.com with your order number and delivery details to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please Note:

Custom or Import Charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Import and Custom policies vary from country to country.

We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order.

Working Days

The term “working days” applies to Monday-Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Next Day service orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next available working day. Please note that, in the event of industrial strike action by our delivering partners, we cannot guarantee delivery in the stated time frame. Please contact us for further information if required.

Standard Delivery

Next Day Delivery

The next day service will ensure you receive the goods between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday and 8am and 4pm Saturday, providing you place the order before 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm during Monday to Friday will be delivered within 2 working days. The cost of the next day service is £4.95 and a signature on receipt is always required.

International Delivery

We are now delivering to many countries around the world, this service is currently £8.90 and FREE to all destination countries on orders over £100. We hope to offer an express service in the near future. 

No tracking is available on Standard International Orders and a signature may be required on receipt. If for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 25 working days from the date you have received your dispatch email to contact us, at which point we will be able to resolve your issue for you. Please email contact us with your order number and delivery details to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email which will contain tracking information. 

I have just placed my order and it's over £100, but I have still been charged for delivery, why is that? 

Free delivery orders are sent using our Standard service; therefore, if you have selected an alternative delivery option, your order will be dispatched using the delivery service selected. International orders are currently offered £8.90 and free of charge for orders over £100 and only applied when the value of your order less the delivery charge is £100 or over. 

I placed my order using a free delivery code, but I have still been charged for delivery, why is that? 

Please note that the code is automatic applied at checkout. If you have  selected another delivery option, unfortunately we are unable to refund any delivery charges incurred for this reason.

*Please note - Promotions offering free delivery are dispatched using our Standard service. 

Out of Stock Items

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock; we will go a head and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock. 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Nabz Saad.com you will be held responsible for the original charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued. 

Delivery Claims 

Nabz Saad does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. 

Please be aware that any instructions left are only requests and not guaranteed. If this is not possible or you are not available, a calling card from our courier will be left which will include details of how to re-arrange delivery. 

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, Nabz Saad reserves the right to require customers to use a ''common'' shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.  

  • Additionally, Nabz Saad reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and or cancel orders from customers at any time due to: 
  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of ''wardrobing''  
  • An irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or 
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.  
  • Similarly, Nabz Saad reserves the right to limit, refuse, and / or reject returns ( both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

What if my parcel does not arrive? 

We ask that you wait patiently until after the estimated expected delivery date. If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact us, quoting your name and order number and we can look into this for you.
