Shipping Information

SHIPPING & COURIER SERVICES INFORMATION:

We understand that getting your item to you as soon as possible is of importance to you.   

 UK DELIVERY TIME & COST:  

  • Royal Mail: Standard UK Delivery are FREE. Delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
  • UK Next Day Delivery - £4-95. Delivered with 24 hours (next working day)
    All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail and UK Mail and are fully trackable. Please note Royal Mail/UK Mail will not deliver on Bank Holidays.

Please note during busy sale periods order processing may take slightly longer. Selecting the Standard service ensures that you will receive the goods within 2-3 working days. The standard service costs are FREE for UK and a signature may be required on receipt. 

If for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 25 working days from the date you have received your dispatch email to contact us, at which point we will be able to resolve your issue for you. Please email: info@nabzsaad.com with your order number and delivery details to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIME & COST:   

We are now delivering to many countries around the world. 

  • Royal Mail / Parcelforce Worldwide: Standard international Delivery from - £9.99 Delivered within 3-7 working days.
  • Express international Delivery from - £ 14.99 approximately Delivered within 1-3 working days.
  • As a special thank you to our customers, free delivery is applicable on all orders above £80 GBP/$107 USD.
  • Europe & US delivery aim: 3-5 working days
  • Delivery aim to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria, US, and Luxembourg is 3-4 working days
  • Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days

All international orders are shipped with FEDEX, DHL and a local courier depending which service is selected are fully trackable. All couriers will not deliver on Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed and shipped in one business day (Monday to Friday until 14:00 GMT). Customers are responsible for any custom charges applicable for shipments into your country. Deliveries will be made Via DHL and FEDEX for delivery in 1-3 working days. Full tracking will be made available to you via text and/or email. As we use a tracked and signed service, please ensure a recipient is at the shipping address to sign for and receive your parcel.

Shipping prices are applicable to all orders under £80 GBP / $107 USD approx. This is to supplement the charges incurred from reputable delivery companies. These prices ensure that your product is delivered to you safely and on time.

All shipping times provided are an estimate and are applicable to orders placed before 14:00 GMT Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 14:00 GMT Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following working day; orders placed after 14:00 GMT on Fridays will dispatch the following Monday. Please allow two additional working days for Highlands and Islands.

SHIPMENT OF ITEMS ON ‘PRE-ORDER’

Items on pre-order require a 2-3-week processing time prior to dispatch.

If your order contains a mixture of pre-ordered items and ‘ready to ship’ items, then your order will be shipped when the pre-ordered item(s) become available.

Where your order contains a mixture of pre-order and in stock items & you’d like the in-stock item to ship immediately, please place two separate orders – one for the ‘pre-ordered’ item(s) and another for the ‘ready to ship’ items.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Nabz Saad, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES:

As all orders are currently shipped from England and so you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.

Custom or Import Charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Import and Custom policies vary from country to country.

We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order.

USA – All orders above US$800 will be subject to an import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.

Australia – All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, please check with the Department of Home Affairs for further info.

New Zealand - All orders above NZD$60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the goods in the parcel. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website.  

 DELIVERY CLAIMS  

Nabz Saad does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. Please be aware that any instructions left are only requests and not guaranteed. If this is not possible or you are not available, a calling card from our courier will be left which will include details of how to re-arrange delivery.   

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING:

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, Nabz Saad reserves the right to require customers to use a ''common'' shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.  

Additionally, Nabz Saad reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and or cancel orders from customers at any time due to: 

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of ''wardrobing''  

An irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or 

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.  

Similarly, Nabz Saad reserves the right to limit, refuse, and / or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
