Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
    Simply click here for the return process. We have a return depots located in the UK making it easy to return your items. For International returns email us info@nabzsaad.com
      Your payment will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping are non-refundable.
        We only refund shipping costs if there has been error with the order.
          For international orders we will not refund the cost of returning goods only if they are damaged/faulty
            Returns for refund will proceed within 5-10 working days of receiving the item, however card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This depends on their processing time and can vary greatly between card issuers. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to influence on this.
              Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

                Shoes must be repacked in their shoe box(es) and placed in a protective box.

                Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging.

                Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached.

                Items advertised as Free shipping that are returned for refund will be charged a handling fee. For UK and Europe, it is £3.95 and for international £8.90

                Sale items or items purchased in the sale section can be returned for STORE CREDIT only..
